6: What is the lead time?
a). Our lead time generally ranges from 15 to 35 days post sample confirmation and receipt of your advance payment. The exact delivery timeframe depends on the order specifics and volume. For non-standard items, an additional 10-15 days may be necessary for tooling/mould creation.

7: How about tooling Charge?
a). Tooling charges are a one-time expense with your initial order. Future orders are exempt from these charges, even for tooling repairs or maintenance.

8: What is your sample policy?
a). The cost of samples can generally be reimbursed if your order quantity meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ).

9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
a). Absolutely, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings, including the construction of the necessary molds and fixtures.
